Round and Round

You'll want to spin yourself around in one of these
flirty skirts by Desserts 'n Skirts!

We have retro pink flowers or black and white polka dots
for the girly girl or a "tougher" plaid print or grey and black
multi stripe (probably my favorite even though I am a girly girl!!)
for the "not-as-girly" girl.

Is that an Inukshuk?

No.... but it sure reminds me of one.

Turquoise is such a beautiful stone and paired up with these
ebony wood petals it makes for a beautiful earthy necklace.
It also has the lovely softness of the pale Amazonite.

This necklace is from Precious Pink Designs designer Nicole Boudreau.

Whirl Girl Skirts & Scarves 20-40% OFF

Come check out Whirl Girl's versatile warm wrap around skirts at great discounted prices!

Whirl Girl skirts are not only a great companion in the winter time, but are a great way to layer for the cool cozy evenings of spring and summer. Spend time up at a cottage? What a great layer to toss on after a refreshing plunge in the lake - the bamboo fleece material dries super quickly and keeps you warm even when wet. Short fleece skirts pack up small and won't wrinkle, which makes them great to toss on over bike shorts after a long ride along the waterfront. No need to stop for coffee in nothing but your sweaty spandex - wrap on a whirl skirt and keep your muscles warm for the ride home. Double sided fleece skirts are perfect for late night star gazing in your favorite patio chair.

A skirt that works with all four seasons of your wardrobe - with these great prices why wait?

Paper People's Low V Layering Top

This is another great spring time layering piece. Wear it over your favourite tank tops and dresses for an added layer of warmth or to add a little spice to a simple outfit. The neckline is outlined with a delicate ruffle trim. It comes in sage with fuchsia trim (shown), brown with turquoise trim, brown with purple trim and burgundy with green trim.

Paper People's Romantic Tie Dress

This dress is really one of my favourite pieces. It's romantic and feminine - I just couldn't resist sprinkling a few rose petals! This one is made from bamboo/organic cotton and soy jersey. I hand dyed them in burgundy, purple (shown) and green. You can see all sorts of colour depths and variation in them, each one is unique! The tie/belt is the best part, you really have to see it up close. I took a strip of jersey, a strip of recycled silk and a delicate cotton trim to make it. At the moment I only have black, but the coloured versions will be appearing as soon as Feb 26th.

Paper People's Ribbon Tie sweater

This is one of my favourite sweater styles. It's ultra feminine and perfect for layering over dresses and tank tops that you still want to show off while keeping warm. I used the lightest weight sweaters I could find so you can keep wearing them throughout the spring.

Paper People's Babydoll Top

I just brought in a batch of these great new summer tops. They're made from the lightest bamboo blend jersey and they're perfect for those hot summer days we're all looking forward to. You really have to see them up close. The yoke is decorated with teenie tiny buttons and a delicate ruffle trim. I hand dyed the brown and burgundy ones and they have a delicate contrast edging to match the ruffle trim.
