A Dress Some"Bunny" Will Love!

Some times in the summer months ladies aren't into the frilly/

fancy dress thing but still would like to wear something thats well...still girly! But also comfortable in the hot weather. A t-shirt dress can be the answer to that dilemma....and Odd Bird has just the thing as part of the Summer offering. It may be a basic cotton t-dress but it has the sweetest Bunny image printed on it!

Fun Prints from FBG!

Fresh Baked Goods has some adorable dresses and skirts for spring. Featured below is the popular crossover dress in a fun butterfly print, and the new pleat skirt in a fabulously bold paisley print.

Paper People's Romantic Tie Dress

This dress is really one of my favourite pieces. It's romantic and feminine - I just couldn't resist sprinkling a few rose petals! This one is made from bamboo/organic cotton and soy jersey. I hand dyed them in burgundy, purple (shown) and green. You can see all sorts of colour depths and variation in them, each one is unique! The tie/belt is the best part, you really have to see it up close. I took a strip of jersey, a strip of recycled silk and a delicate cotton trim to make it. At the moment I only have black, but the coloured versions will be appearing as soon as Feb 26th.

A dress can still mean business!

Unless you work in a super straight-laced place, you could totally look pretty and professional in a great cotton dress like this one by Fresh Baked Goods. Va-Va-Voom!

Our very own Nicole (designer of Precious Pink Designs and a member of Fresh Collective) turned out to be a natural model for the Fresh Baked Goods dresses and skirts! Just look at this pretty dress, with pretty little gathers at the shoulder, and a bow on one side to finish it off. We have lots of prints and colors to choose from in the shop already, and we're making more to arrive as the weather gets warmer.

The Milkmaid Dress

One of the designers at Fresh Collective started to refer to this dress as the "Milkmaid dress" because of the lovely neckline, and if the name fits.... wear the dress! All our Fresh Baked Goods dresses are super wearable, and equally washable, I'm proud to say! I can't stand when I buy something and it never fits the same after the first wash, which is why we go to a lot of extra work to pre-wash our fabrics. Our dresses are wash and wear, and wear and wear, because of this. Totally pre-shrunk, they can totally go in the drier.... our dresses will be your favorites for years! We have so many customers collect our dresses in all the colors, prints and styles season after season, because they know out cuts flatter, the styles are wearable, and they last and last!

Flirty Peek-a-boo sweater dress

Paper People Clothing makes great sweater dresses, which look amazing over leggings or skinny jeans, or just with tights! Add accessories, like this belt by Paper People Clothing, a cluster of pins, or a choker necklace to make it different each time you wear it.

Fun and Funky in Black and Turquoise

This is a great dress by Fresh Baked Goods, in printed corduroy! A favorite feature- pockets! So cute and casual, yet easy to dress up a bit with accessories like the shrug shown here, and the necklace by Odd Bird.

Dark and Lovely

There is such a great variety of styles at Fresh Collective with all the very different designers in our shop.

Here is a lovely dress by Momiji. The details are wonderful. Since the dress is see-through, it comes with a black slip, and the fact that the slip is longer than the dress is adorable as you can see the lace trim peek out at the bottom. Pair this with a Corset Belt by Embody and you already have a different look going.



Of course we top it off with jewelry. Two necklaces, one long necklace doubled up by Electric Lollipop and a second one shorter with a simple Crystal Quartz Stone drop by Precious Pink Designs.

We have an awesome selection of perfect fall dresses from Fresh Baked Goods. We love this one, with a gathered bodice, cap sleeves and little pockets. We did it in several cords, both printed and solid, and mixed it up a bit by doing different shaped pockets on each. We pre-wash all our fabrics so you can wash and wear your dress with no worries.
