We've been working hard at Fresh Baked Goods HQ to come up with some amazing fall dresses that are not only cute, but super versatile as well. We're calling this one our 50's Style Dress and it is adorable! It features a tie at the waist, a skirt that flares out, and pockets. Now that the cool(ish) weather is finally here, we can finally start thinking about layering again! We love taking our favourite summer camis and pairing them with longer skirts and sweaters for a sophisticated fall look. Robin's Egg Blue

We love this necklace from Designs by Peeno. It features a pretty little bird and a nest with three pretty little blue eggs. This very special necklace will be sure to brighten your day!




Another necklace from Peeno that we love is the pressed flower necklace. Each necklace features a different pressed, dried flower between glass. They are one of our best sellers here at the store!

Carrying Summer Clothing into Fall

The summer heat is on! Odd Bird is not quite ready to get into Fall just yet….as she still wants to enjoy the hot & humid weather for a while more.

Check out some of Odd Bird's printed Summer attire, this time being modelled on an actual human (rather then the usual mannekin) and accessorized with pieces from the store's members.

When the economy's tight many customers want clothing that can be carried into the next season. But they are usually unsure how to do it. Its surprisingly easy to build up an outfit to wear into another season. Don't be discouraged by colour either: if you love pink & it suits you why not wear it all year round? Don't think that's its just for one season like Spring! The trick is accessorizing & layering to either pump up or tone down the outfit for the season or occasion.

So the first outfit is for wearing during the summer weather & the second outfit is layered up a little for the transition into the cooler weather as Fall approaches.

Now the dress is worn over cropped pants with tall boots & a chunky chain necklace. We used a teal coloured sweater shrug here to keep the outfit bright & fun....but if you wanted to tone it down then obviously a darker shrug would be worn instead.
